Nak kecikkan peha tak???

Aku tak lah punya peha besar. Tapi biasa lah.. kalo bole kecikkan aku nak la jugak. hehe Then search la. Jumpa la one info nih.. berikut info tersebut..

Harus fokus pada senaman yang melibatkan otot quadriceps (peha depan) dan hamstrings (peha belakang). Antara 2 contoh senaman yang boleh dilakukan ialah ‘Lunges‘ dan ‘Squat‘.  ‘Lunges‘ boleh dilakukan dengan dumbell, atau tanpa dumbell.Dan dicadangkan buat dalam 3 set untuk setiap senaman, dan satu set senaman mempunyai 10 ulangan.

Kat rumah aku ada dumbell.. so harus aku try Lunges exercise..

Tingin nak ball mcm tu kat rumah. Kang berebut ngan zara la plak huhu.. Selamat mencuba!

Pagi di Kem Kementah

Kejadian adalah minggu lepas. Tujuan asal aku n family ke KL.. ke kenduri member sklh aku merangkap anak pengasuh aku dulu hehe geddit? =)

Well dah sampai ke sana so kami terus bercuti lah. Plus aku dah lama x bercuti mana2. Ada pun asyik x jadi. huhu. May be aku akan buat 2 n3 saja pasal vacation di Kl. Lepas ni aku nak review pasal one restaurant.. I tell u it was yummmy! the food was good. So wait next n3 ya!

Kem kementah? rumah my SIL, baru pindah. Slps abg ipar aku balik dr USA.. naik pangkat n terus ditempatkan ke Kem Kementah. So kami x pnh ke sana.. maka bermalam kami di sana. Amboi.. mmg best rumah dorang. semua kelengkapan ada. Pindah just bw baju je.

Aku mmg suka sgt2. Cos.. aku mmg dah biasa dgn suasana kem sejak kecik2 lagi. Ummi penah mengajar di Kem Batu Kentomen. Jadi aku dah biasa naik truck askar (sory aku lupa term2 askar huhu) ke mana2 saja. ermm am really miss suasana di kem. Pagi2 tgk org berkawad n mcm2 aktiviti2 askar lah! (tu sbb aku juara kawad masa sklh ngehngeh i guess!)

Pagi sbtu aku terus ajak ummi n abah pusing2 di kem. Best2

till met playground. stop n biar kan si zara main. If uols nak tahu, this is her first playground experience ever! Akibat si ayah yg terlalu jaga keselamatan si anak. Dia kata x nak zara cedera. huhu..

Tgh siap2 ke kenduri. Sebelum bertolak pose ngan family kak niza. Sbb pas ni kami nak terus ke destinasi lain.
